Flu Clinic November 3rd

Palm Beach Gardens High School is hosting a clinic for the flu vaccine on Thursday, November 3rd.

Students and teachers are invited to have their flu shot done on campus instead of finding time to get it elsewhere. For a student to receive the shot, their legal parent/guardian must complete the form prior the the clinic. Once the form has been received, they will receive notification of when to go to the clinic.
